We want every SlowPaws order to arrive safely and as expected. Because many of our products are personal-use pet care items, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@slowpaws.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and help make it right.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically delivered within 6-12 business days, depending on your location, carrier processing, and product availability.
