Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not already been processed, shipped, or assigned tracking information.

Because many SlowPaws products are personal-use pet care items, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after review.

Used pet care items, opened products, final sale items, and items damaged by normal wear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
